What to do if you have a HEADACHE !!
Tension headaches are the most common. They cause
mild to moderate steady pain, tightness, or pressure around the head and neck. Migraines and cluster headaches are chronic conditions that may be caused by chemical activity in the brain.
Here are several ways to help prevent tension headaches:
.Get plenty of rest.
.Exercise regularly.
.Don't skip meals.
.Watch your posture - try not to slouch.
.Change positions at your desk as often as possible.
.Read in a well - lit area.
.Angle your computer to reduce glare from overhead lights.
.Practice stress management and relaxation techniques.
.Limit your caffeine intake.
